dell dimension 4500s system resets after loading files

Dell Dimension 4500S - System Resets after "loading files...

I have burned at least 3 seperate DVDs to make sure it isn't a burning issue, but I doubt it is. My computer resets after the "Windows is loading files" bar reaches the end of the screen.
I unplugged everything but the keyboard, mouse, etc, to make sure it isn't a issue with that hardware.
Hope you guys can help me out!!! I really want to try Vista!

EXTREMELY sorry! I didn't realize I posted several times! (It kept saying "there was an error".)

That is a known but in your web-based newsreader. Live with it or try using the newsreader in Windows Mail or OE in XP. MS advises that three quarters of file copy errors are resulting in burning the dvd to fast. Use the slowest available speed.

I burned at 1X speed. How can I check to be sure it was burned correctly next time?
